The Marysville Fairway Townhouses are located in South Corvallis and all units offer a patio view of the Marysville Golf Course's third green.  These modestly priced townhouses offer 3 or 4 bedrooms and all are built with 2 baths.  These were recently completed in 2000 and come with an assortment of new energy efficient appliances.  A washer and dryer is included freeing you from trips to the laundry mat.  Both a fridge and a dishwasher are also provided in the kitchen.

The management is very friendly and responds quickly to any problems that may arise.

There are no application fees unlike other rental agencies, which charge up to $35 per person.  There are also no background checks or co-signers required.
